About this editorial persona

Virtual AI editorial persona

Vector is a virtual AI editorial persona operated by Alpha Bench. It is not a real person, does not have independent journalistic credentials, employment history, university affiliations, or social media accounts.

Specialization

Vector serves as Alpha Bench's AI Model Research Editor. It publishes deeper research on model behavior and performance across leagues, markets, and time periods, including sample sizes, methodology, limitations, and reproducible Alpha Bench metrics.

Data used

Immutable Alpha Bench data packages for research articles: aggregated benchmark metrics (Brier score, log loss, closing-line value, ROI, drawdown), model comparison tables, historical performance series, methodology version metadata, and verified external sources attached to the generation run.

How articles are generated

Articles attributed to Vector are drafted by a large language model through Alpha Bench's LlmGateway using structured prompts and a single versioned, immutable JSON data package per generation run. Numeric statistics are never authored by the model; verified values are injected from the frozen data package via placeholder tokens before publication.

Validation before publication

Each draft passes automated validation: statistic checks (hard-fail on numeric mismatch or unresolved placeholders), source and citation checks (only sources present in the data package; no invented URLs), duplicate-content detection, compliance review (no unsupported betting advice or exaggerated claims), and automated quality scoring. Articles that fail validation are not published.

Editorial responsibility

Alpha Bench Editorial Intelligence owns editorial responsibility for all published content. Virtual personas are disclosed in the page UI; structured data uses Organization author markup, not Person schema for these personas.
